Origins of rice cream
Rice cream is a rice flour obtained by very finely mixing grains of white rice. Made with only hydrolyzed and micronized rice flour, our iron shark nutrition cream of rice contains no added sugar. It differs from the traditional rice flour found in some stores by its manufacturing process: precooked with steam: Which makes it an easy to digest food.
It then prevents you from feeling bloated or "too full" after your meal.
Whether for your breakfasts and/or for your snacks, rice cream will be very well supported by your body. Initially designed for babies, it makes them happy, but also that of allergy sufferers and those watching their figure.

Thanks to its light and fine texture, it mixes easily and leaves no lumps. It is an excellent source of energy due to its carbohydrate content. Which makes it an ideal partner for a gluten-free snack or breakfast, with optimal nutritional values (vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, potassium).
