Biscuits de Savoie aux cerises et à la crème de riz

Savoie biscuits with cherries and rice cream

Ingredients:

- 5 eggs

- 125 g of sugar

- 125 g of rice cream

- 1 pinch of salt

- some cherries

-melted coconut oil


Preparation:

Separate whites from yellows. Mix the yolks with 100 g of sugar until the mixture whitens, add the cream of rice .

Beat the egg whites with the pinch of salt, as soon as the mixture foams: add the 25g of sugar.

Add the egg whites to the previous preparation.

Mix everything well.

Using a pastry brush, grease ramekins with melted coconut oil. Pour the fart placed a cherry in the center of each biscuit.

Bake for 10 minutes at 170 degrees, then 20 minutes at 150 degrees.

Wait a few minutes before unmolding, and enjoy at breakfast or snack time 😋
