exotic smoothie
Ingredients :
- ½ Mango
- 1 yellow nectarine
- 30g ISO Shark Vanilla Whey
- 100ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 100-150ml of water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Cut the fruit, then mix everything. You can add water depending on the desired texture.
Gourmet Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients :- 10g Ironshark Nutrition Peanut Butter
- 30g ISO Shark Whey Chocolate
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- Ice cubes (optional)
Add all the ingredients, then mix everything. Mix the preparation with a spoon and then mix again.
Red berry smoothie
Ingredients :- 100g frozen berries
- 30g of Whey ISO Shark Red Fruits
- 150ml unsweetened almond or oat milk
- 100ml of water
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Add all the ingredients, then mix everything. It's ready, you can enjoy!
Banana and chocolate smoothie
Ingredients :
- 1 very ripe banana

- 250ml semi-skimmed or sugar-free hazelnut milk
