Chocolate and praline layer cake

Ingredients

Cake

1 egg 50g SSA apple compote 30g 0% cottage cheese 25g rice cream 15g ISO SHARK chocolate whey 10g unsweetened bitter cocoa 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder

Cream

1 Swiss cheese 0% 20 g roasted hazelnut purée 15 g sugar A few drops of bitter almond extract

Preparation

Cake

Mix all the ingredients Pour into a 10 cm diameter silicone mold Bake for 20 min at 180 degrees

Cream

Mix all the ingredients Once the cake is cooked, garnish the center with cream and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour before serving

Semi-cooked Chocolate Raspberries

Ingredients

- 20g flour

- 20g of rice cream

- 15g of cocoa

- 15g of sugar

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1 egg

- 60ml of milk

- A few raspberries

- 1 speculoos

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients Pour into an individual mold (10x10cm) Add a few raspberries and a crumbled speculoos Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees

Fondant Chocolate and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

1 banana 1 egg 15g cocoa 20g cream of rice 15g sugar Peanut butter

Preparation

Mash the banana into a puree Mix all the ingredients Pour into a suitable mold Cover with a generous dose of peanut butter and chocolate chips Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
